Take an Art Scavenger Hunt

In celebration of the 50th Lazy Daze Arts & Crafts Festival, new temporary public art pieces by Lisa Gaither are popping up around Downtown Cary. 

The 50 Daze Art Scavenger Hunt will have new murals and sculptures from the artist each Friday.

How it works:

• Take a photo with the pop-up artwork. 
• Show it to the front desk at the Cary Arts Center during open hours to be entered to win a prize. 
• Or, post a photo on social media with #50Daze to be entered into a raffle drawing. 

The 50th Lazy Daze Arts & Crafts Festival will be 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on August 22 and 23.

More than 250 artists will be featured at the festival, which takes place on Downtown Cary streets and the town hall campus. 

More programs and events will lead up to the milestone festival.
