Why support The Line?
A founding membership directly supports our work in the critical first year.
The Line is rooted in community. The Line connects Cary, Apex, Morrisville, Holly Springs, and other parts of Western Wake County with essential news that helps neighbors make informed decisions.
Be a part of something that matters: When you support The Line, you’re directly supporting contextual, independent community journalism for Western Wake. Members get connected with monthly behind-the-scenes notes from the editor and, at All-Access levels and above, connect with other members and the editorial team on quarterly calls.
The Line is part of The Assembly Network, North Carolina’s independent, digital-first media company telling stories that shape our communities, state, and shared future. While The Line is free, membership gives you access to nuanced storytelling about our state with access to premium, statewide journalism.
