Downtown Apex on February 19, 2026.

Bring your appetite. The 2026 Apex Restaurant Week starts Monday and runs through March 1. Participating restaurants offer a fixed-price special menu for lunch ($15, plus tax and tip) and/or dinner ($30 for three courses, plus tax and tip).

We read through every menu to surface a few good ones to try, weighing the value of the offering, diversity of location, mix of cuisine, and user reviews on various sites like Yelp. Some places require reservations, so plan accordingly.
